Compliance Officer card cosmetic nit on /bounty/kayak: the card body preview shows the source file's leading HTML comment verbatim (<!-- compliance-hr-sweep-2026-07-26.md — owned by...) instead of skipping past it. Legible, contained, not a blocker — worth a follow-up polish pass whenever this board is picked up again.

Holt Efficiency Assessment card on /bounty/kayak still has no durable file: its findings (97% teacher-dependency, the RAG-similarity-floor bug, the local-fallback timeout bug) exist only in the live company session's conversation as of the last check. The pending state is honestly still open, not yet resolved — the card auto-picks up a real file the moment one lands, same mechanism that made the Compliance card go live with zero code change. Watch item, no action needed here.

Kanban card-detail modal + overflow fixes — shipped 2026-07-28: cards are now clickable (mouse or Enter/Space), opening a modal with the full card text plus an "Associated files" list — the card's own source file and any file-looking backtick reference in its raw text, each existence-checked against real disk server-side (never fabricated; a missing reference honestly reports "not found on disk"). New route /api/kanban/card, helpers _kanban_card_key/_kanban_resolve_file_ref/_kanban_card_files. Also fixed: .kanban-card-text had no overflow-wrap, letting an unbroken run (e.g. adjacent ` code spans with no space) overflow a card's boundary — added overflow-wrap:anywhere. Also added a persistent styled scrollbar + right-edge fade hint on .kanban-columns, since overflow-x:auto` was functionally fine but invisible on displays that auto-hide scrollbars, reading as a spill bug rather than "scroll for more." Verified: selftest gate green (277/277) after the change, live click-through in Chrome (modal open/close via click/Escape/backdrop, token-button doesn't double-trigger the modal, real + missing file resolution both confirmed against actual disk state).

Full performance spec (P1-P11) built, audited, deployed, committed — complete 2026-07-28 ~21:20: every item on the perf spec landed on dev, selftest 277→295 across the run (a6a1298 P1 shell-TTL, 1d6061e P2 mac-runtime daemon warmer, 110f43d P3 codex_refs cache, a724b1c P4 registry hoist + P5 codex fold cache, 0bb8035 FIX-A/FIX-B from adversarial review, 218e38c P9 dashboard payload trim, 0a530ac P6 _pi_clean memoization + P8 agy lsof fold, 7fdc3bd P7 kanban signature daemon, f3b8f4f P10 ETag/304 + static asset extraction + HEAD fix + P11 keep-alive, 3bcc201 P-I Stack article). Measured on live :8787: poll ~470ms avg with 1.9s stalls every 45s → 63-139ms warm, no stalls; /api/sessions payload 256KB→~56KB (−78%); / page 311,721B→~68KB plus cacheable static assets (ETag/304); /pi 145-158ms→12-58ms; /kanban 87ms warm/3.1s cold→4-8ms; boot-to-healthz bounded ~1.3s (was up to ~46s worst-case unbounded). Verified by 3 adversarial ultracode review passes (pass 1 found 2 real defects, fixed in the FIX commit; pass 2 all-minor) plus live browser click-through (/, /kanban, /pi, zero console errors). Still open for Wolf's eyes: /shells UI feel at the new 30s TTL.
